Pandat Finance (“we”, “Pandat”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the website pandat.fr (the “Site”) to measure audience, improve user experience, and display/measure our campaigns on LinkedIn.

This page explains what cookies are, the purposes for which we use them, how you can configure your preferences via Axeptio, and how to exercise your rights.

1) What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. It allows, during its validity period, the recognition of your terminal and the storage of certain information (e.g., your preferences).

Some cookies are strictly necessary for the Site to function (e.g., remembering your consent choices). Others require your prior consent (audience measurement, advertising/retargeting).

2) Who places the cookies?

  • First-party cookies: Placed by Pandat (e.g., Axeptio to remember your choices).

  • Third-party cookies: Placed by partners (Google/LinkedIn) when you provide consent.

  • Accept / Refuse globally or purpose by purpose.

  • Modify your choices by clicking on the Axeptio widget (“Cookie Management”) visible at the bottom of every page on the Site.

Without your consent, no non-essential cookies (GA4, LinkedIn) will be placed.
