PANDAT FINANCE (SAS with a capital of €21,404 – RCS Paris 513 785 741) is registered with the Unified Register of Insurance, Banking, and Financial Intermediaries (ORIAS) under registration number 12 067 072 for the following regulated activities:

  • Financial Investment Advisor (CIF): Authorized to provide non-independent investment advice as defined by Article 325-5 of the AMF General Regulation. Registered under number E001857 with the National Association of Financial Advisors (ANACOFI-CIF), an association approved by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

  • Insurance Broker (COA): Registered as a category "b" broker under number E001857 with the National Association of Financial Advisors-Brokerage (ANACOFI-COURTAGE), an association approved by the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR).

  • Banking Operations and Payment Services Broker (COBSP): Registered under number E001857 with the National Association of Financial Advisors-Brokerage (ANACOFI-COURTAGE), an association approved by the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR).

Supervisory Authorities:

  • For Financial Investment Advisory activities: Pandat Finance is supervised by the Financial Markets Authority (AMF), located at 17, place de la Bourse - 75082 Paris Cedex 02 (www.amf-france.org).

  • For Insurance and Banking Brokerage activities: Pandat Finance is supervised by the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR), located at 4, place de Budapest - 75009 Paris (acpr.banque-france.fr).

Insurance and Guarantees: In accordance with French law, Pandat Finance maintains Professional Indemnity Insurance and Financial Guarantee coverage sufficient for its various activities. These coverages comply with the requirements of the French Monetary and Financial Code and the Insurance Code, underwritten by MMA Entreprises (Policy number: 113.516.474).

Data is retained for five years following the end of the business relationship. It is intended for use by the financial investment advisor, employees or collaborators authorized to collect or process client data, partners, as well as supervisory authorities or representative associations (AMF, ACPR, ANACOFI-CIF).
