1. Sustainability Information

(Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 – SFDR)

Pandat Finance, acting as a Financial Investment Advisor, hereby states that it integrates sustainability risks, as defined in Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088, into its advisory process to the extent that relevant information is provided by the financial product manufacturers.

In accordance with Article 4 of the SFDR, Pandat Finance does not currently consider the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors. This position is justified by the nature of its non-discretionary advisory activity, its size, and the lack of access to comprehensive, standardized, and verifiable ESG data.

Any client preferences regarding sustainability are collected as part of the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) obligations required by applicable regulations. When such preferences are expressed, Pandat Finance endeavors to propose compatible products based exclusively on the information provided by manufacturers, without guaranteeing exhaustive market coverage.

In accordance with Article 5 of the SFDR, Pandat Finance's remuneration policy is consistent with the integration of sustainability risks and does not create incentives to promote products with specific environmental or social characteristics.

3. Conflict of Interest Management Policy

Pandat Finance has implemented a written conflict of interest management policy to identify, prevent, and, where necessary, manage situations that could harm the interests of its clients.

This policy is available upon request. If, despite the measures in place, a conflict of interest cannot be avoided, Pandat Finance commits to clearly informing the client before any transaction.
